By submitting your thoughts and/or questions through the wetranslated.com website, you have agreed to the following terms:
WETRANSLATED.COM RIGHTS
Any thought(s) and/or question(s) (the "Thought/Question") submitted by you shall be available for us to use on a non-exclusive basis anywhere and everywhere throughout the universe without any payment to you. If we decide to use your Thought/Question in a future episode of "We Translated", you shall receive the appropriate credit which shall include a verbal mention. wetranslated.com will be authorized to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display and digitally perform and/or distribute the Thought/Question in whole or in part under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike License. wetranslated.com shall also have the right to use the Thought/Question for the purpose of promoting wetranslated.com products and services without any payment to you or any other persons or companies. You provide wetranslated.com the right to waive, on your behalf, any royalties on the Thought/Question for airplay on internet, satellite, or other radio, for the purpose of promoting wetranslated.com.
OWNERSHIP
At all times you shall retain full ownership of the Thought/Question while granting to wetranslated.com the following non-exclusive rights: By accepting this agreement and/or submitting any Thought/Question, you are guaranteeing to wetranslated.com that you are at least 18 years of age and have all rights, approvals and/or consents necessary to submit the Opinion on the terms provided herein. You shall be fully responsible for any violation of your agreements including the guarantees made to wetranslated.com under this paragraph and you shall indemnify us from any damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from your breach.
DISPUTES
You represent that you own right, title and interest to all Thought/Question that you upload to wetranslated.com. If a dispute and/or claim exists therefrom, wetranslated.com reserves the right to remove such Thought/Question from the wetranslated.com website and episodes.
DISCLAIMER
There are no assurances whatsoever that any Thought/Question shall actually be utilized on the wetranslated.com site or if so utilized continue to be available for any particular time. The wetranslated.com site may be discontinued at any time, with or without reason. If for any reason any part of this agreement violates any law or would otherwise be void, this agreement shall be deemed amended to the minimum amount necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
